FIVA
In each of the member countries FIVA has an ANF, a FIVA National Authority. The ANF is the association that FIVA has appointed to represent the historic vehicle movement of the country concerned towards government, other authorities, politicians, policymakers and society at large.
The FIVA ANF is also the only body authorised to issue the FIVA ID Cards for vehicles that comply with the FIVA definition of a Historic Vehicle and meet the criteria of the FIVA Technical Code.
A Classic Vehicle is one that is over 30 years old, it is preserved and maintained in a historically correct condition and is not used as a means of daily transport.
